Scheduled Report Email Dashboard Link Displayed as Plain Text

Dashboard links in Scheduled Report emails now include the full https:// prefix and open the dashboard with one click. Previously, the link sometimes appeared as plain text in Outlook (browser and desktop app) because it was missing the prefix.
